of those silent types :) so getting sappy or corny is not all that normal

I don't know about you, , but I feel so much better when I'm on the

Atkins diet than when I'm eating all those carbs. Yes, I did the same thing

you did, I fell off for about three weeks....but I'm back on it now and

losing again. I feel much better too!!

Sounds like you got the right mindset . Keep up the walking with your

dog. I feel sure as your endurance increases your pain will go away. Start

walking slowly to warm up and then walk just fast enough to put a little

effort into it. I am an avid walker and now I walk to rock and roll tapes.

I hate it when my thirty minutes are up. I walk in a field behind my house

so I can let my mind wander . It is the best thirty minutes of my day.

,,, did not sound corny. you are right about worrying about ppl that

died.. I mean,, I am a nurse and when heavy ppl get admitted to the hospital

they add " obesity " to their diagnosis!!! That is so cruel. I bet they

would cry if they knew. One of the reasons I decided to lose wt is because

I didn't want obesity to be on my medical chart for ppl to read and I

certainly don't want to die from it.. After all, it is something that can be

changed,, so why not change it? (did that make sense?)
