Hey Rhonda! Glad you are doing sooooo well. YOU ROCK! I am on day 5 and I'm

still doing great. I have done great on my eating and exercising and drinking my

water. The only day I didn't get any exercise in was Saturday but I was on the

go, go, go all day that I don't think that really hurt me. Sunday was the same

way. Last night I headed back to the gym and walked on the treadmill for 60

minutes a 4.0 miles an hour and did the exercise bike for 10 minutes. I was

pooped. I'm focusing on losing weight and cardio instead of weight training.

I'll do that later. I'm looking forward to the gym again tonight. It's great

being back. I want to make it a habit once again. The only dissapointing thing

was how cold it was in there! I have to ask them about that. Even after I

started sweating I was cold! ! ! ! It's a hospital and they have to keep it

cold but in the fitness center? GEEZ! But I'll be back there tonight on that

treadmill mark my words! I weighed this morning and I'm 5 lbs. down from

Thursday so far! YEAH! And I have 3 days left until weigh in day. I can't wait.

I need to put a dent in this weight and putting a dent in it will kick start me

for sure.

Have a great week everyone! OH...remember my gym saga? It turns out they didn't

change the code....I just was putting in the wrong code. I called the lady and

she told me they didn't change it and I said, " Well...I guess I haven't been to

the gym in such a long time I forgot the dang code! " It was funny! Oh well..NOW

I know!

day 2

Wow! I just finished the 3 mile tape. OMG! I can’t decide if I’m tired or

energized. I’m doing well so far on eating and my water. I’ll report my

water later tonight. Talk to y’all later!
