they even used this white material to build up my daughter's peg lateral tooth a

couple of years ago - and it's doing great! I'd be questioning the dentist

maybe.

Amalgam Removal and White Fillings

Hi Jamy and EveryOne,

I have been doing quite a bit of research on-line about removing amalgams

and replacing them with composite fillings etc. Evidently it takes more

skill to put the composite fillings in well. I have several in my lower

molars and they seem to be holding just fine. Check it out on line you will

find lots of information about the various substances used for fillings etc.

Unless the holes left when your fillings were removed were very large you

shouldn't be having problems with your fillings.

Peace, Love and Harmony,

Bev

yes, I am very upset. First he said it was too high, so the nerve was sore, but

any cold, hot, sweet, spicy, etc. hurts. The big one that is just temporary and

getting an onlay doesn't hurt. I think there is a gap somewhere

Jamy, it doesn't sound to me as though he cemented the filling(s) properly.
