Guest guest
I was on T4 only since I was 13 and I am 21 now. I never felt right that whole time. I was wondering if being on T4 since I was 13 caused me to have all these problems now like anemia and adrenal fatigue and possibly low aldosterone. Will taking T3 only eventually help fix my problems and get my body back to feeling good and functioning again, or will I need to go on Armour to do this since it has all the thyroid hormones? Guest guest
Yes I think yo can safely blme the years of T4 treatment fior the way you are struggling today. It does nto properly replace the hormones we ned and it certainyl can cause high RT3 and thenthe ferritin and adrenals fail and cortil and aldosterone drop. i do feel that at your age there is an excellent cahnce for recovery wiht proper adrenal suppot and T3. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
So I wont have to go on Armour to heal myself? I could just take T3 only and still start to heal? Does anyone on T3 only end up having to add in some T4 or would it just be better to take T3 only? I'm just asking about Armour because I don't want to take it if I don't have to because I am a vegetarian and if T3 can work to heal myself then Ill stick with it as my thyroid treatment. > > Yes I think yo can safely blme the years of T4 treatment fior the way > you are struggling today. Guest guest
There si no reason I have found that we need Amrour I firmly believe it si the T3 in Armou which helps most people that have been oorly treated in T4 only meds. I do nto belive we need Amrou to heal, t3 works. I was on Syncrap for 25 years and almost died of low thyroid now T3 onyl is working just fine for me. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
