I already know how it will go: Dr - your TSH is too low. Cut back your medication. Me - well Thyrolar is going through a reformulation so the only dose that is available is 3 which I'm splitting. Dr - Thyrolar?!??! That's old and outdated and not safe blah blah blah so here I'll write you a prescription for $inthroid. Me - does it have T3 in it? Dr - Of course not! You don't need T3.
