I feel terrible my pain level has gone over 10 today. woke up at 2 with terrible

sharp pains going through my leg again.

It took me over 1 1/2 hours to finally get back of then, when I got up at 6 I

couldn't move my neck as I had a spasm in it and it's making me feel really bad.

I had to take kayleigh to the doctor as she has a bad ear. he said for some

reason my pains are getting worse so he gave me some more tablets as I'm running

low. the trouble is I can't go over 120mg of Cymbalta

Hi

Perhaps Cymbalta isn't the best medication for you. Have you tried putting

rice in a tube sock, keeping it closed with a knot.

You will have to see how long it takes for your microwave to warm it for

you. Be sure to put about a half cup of water in the microwave when you

heat the rice sock.

I usually use one when I have one of my tension headaches.

Hopefully, you and your daughter are feeling better this evening.

Be careful not to get it too hot. I burned my skin a bit once, which certainly

did not help the pain.

Hopefully, you and your daughter are feeling better this evening.
