Guest guest
Wow Cheryl-that's cool. The only problem is that Watertown (or Wat Rats-LOL, as we used to call them) were our rivals in football. I am willing to put our town's history aside if you are! LOL! Belmont was a nice town in which to grow up. Now that I live by the ocean though, it would be hard to go back. Take care! Guest guest
Cheryl, Funny that you mentioned mushrooms. I've always loved mushrooms, but the 2 times I've eaten them since surgery, I've gotten this irritated feeling in the back of my throat. I don't get sick or anything. It almost feels like an alergic reaction all of a sudden. Weird. Also, does anyone have problems with popcorn? I find that when I chew it well, it almost disintegrates, and I'm able to eat about 2 cups of it no problem. I don't do this often, and never add butter, but I do get the craving once in a while, and I LOVE IT! Just curious about other people's experience... - Alice A. Guest guest
Cheryl, I live in Watertown now, closer to Newton Corner actually. I don't remember, are you pre-op or post-op? I'm looking for people to walk with after work around here. - Alice A.

Guest guest
Alice, I can relate for sure! I can " woof " down a bunch without even realizing it. The next morning though, I feel wicked bloated, and make me feel as though I've never lost the weight, so I try to avoid it to avoid stress! Guest guest
Cheryl, I make it myself in a fantastic stove-top popper with little oil and no butter. I was surprised that I could eat so much before getting full, that’s why I got a little worried and asked about problems with it. Well, I’m fine today, so I guess if it’s chewed well, it’s no problem! - Alice A.

Guest guest
cheryl - something my family and i do instead of salt and butter is use garlic (powder) and pepper( fresh ground) it works for us and is healthier play around with what you like and you can come up many savory combos for your popcorn i'm sure..good luck. maura CAT8dog1@... -- cajass1@... wrote: > In a message dated 05/31/2000 10:06:57 PM Eastern > Daylight Time, > lknglas11@... writes: > > << Also, does anyone have problems with popcorn?
