, what is the name of the book? It sounds like something I can benefit

reading. blessings, mg

I ordered a book online last night to read about people who manipulate you using

Fear, Obligation and Guilt. I need to get a better grasp on their manipulative

tactics so I can identify them and take measures to protect myself and avoid it

at all costs.

I am reading that right now and I have found it extremely helpful. I spent so

many years believing it when my nada told me I was selfish and hateful, and it

was so freeing when I realized it wasn't true, it was just a tactic. It really

had nothing to do with me at all. I would definitely recommend it to anyone

dealing with nada-produced " FOG " .

MG - that wasn't me - it was 2 (all these posts get entangled and it's hard

to keep us all straight) -

2, it sounds like a good book - what is it?
