Amazing, isn't it. I had a funny feeling that FPNC might be the other

hysteroscopists your RE mentioned. You have the right group - they

have offices in Palo Alto and San (Good Samaritan). They do have

a very very good reputation for surgeries. But I do not believe that

they would treat AS as carefully. Dr. Kim's comments show that. They

handle many more endometriosis/fibroid type surgeries.

I found on to be a bit brusque and Kim to be a bit green. I

haven't met yet. FPNC is not a warm/fuzzy place. You really

feel like you're in a 'fertility factory'. I chose them because they

have good IVF numbers and were #1 rec from 3 doctors (my ob/gyn, my

sister's RE in PA, and a ped. I know at Stanford). However, we have

not been thrilled with them. We have decided to finish our diagnostic

testing with them and see what they recommend. All 3 doctors at FPNC

are board certified REs (not only gyns). And, they have just added a

woman in October, who is also a bc RE. Her name is Baker.

Provided that dh's S/A results come back ok, after my surgery we want

to ttc au naturel for about 3 months. If we're not successful, we

would then consider clomid/iui, but probably would adopt rather than

do IVF (we're catholic and that somewhat influences what we will do).

I've got my fingers crossed that your IVF is successful this go round!
