anyone have any favorite ways to fry zucchini ( why does that not look

right ?) . I'd like to coat them with something... but what ? soy flour ?

intrigued... :-) Do you make low carb ketchup or eat them plain?

you can get no sugar added but i don't think you are going to find

sugarfree. I got one .. i like it but and i do mean but. you can only have

1 tsp which is hard for me a ketchup luvr to do so i really don't use it too

much unless i make fry sauce (no fries of course) with mustard and mayo to

reduce the carb count. its 5 carbs per tsp.

let me know if you find a lower one :)

Maybe try coating them with just egg or egg whites. I personally like to fry

zucchini and yellow squash with nothing but butter!! YUM! Teena
