So sorry to hear about 's surgery recommendation. I know you must be

really down. I will be thinking about you and . Please let us know

when you plan the surgery. Will they take bone on both sides since one

side was clear or will they just concentrate on the one side?

you guys don't mind.). This morning I learned that a dear family friend

was shot during a car-jacking. It happened in his apartment's garage. He

let the crooks have his car, but when they wanted to go up to his apartment

he fought, as his wife and 2 small children were up there. They shot him

twice, stuffed him in the car and drove off, dumping him in the streets

nearby. The police found him and got him to the hospital pretty quickly.

He lost part of his colon, but is fortunate to have survived and is

recovering at his mother's home. He is terrified as the thieves have his

apartment keys (on the car key ring), address book (in his briefcase), etc.

So he is looking for a new place to live. But but this whole thing is so

awful. Sorry to mention it, but it is really on my mind.I
