Hello

I really don't know the answer to your question, so I won't be able

to help much.

I think the important issue is not soo much that you can feel the

softspot, but rather if the sutures are still open or not. So even

though you can't feel the spot anymore the sutures might still be

open. I hope that made sense.

Sorry I can't help much. Maybe your Ped can give an answer to that,

or a facial surgeon maybe

That does make sense. I always assumed the flat spot indicated the

sutures were closed but maybe not. Thanks for the help :)

Hi ,

I won't be of much help either but perhaps your ped or specialist

will be able to answer. We also have a listing of literature

available that might help you in the files section (or it might be

the links). Do you have any before and after pics to share? Good

job with repo'ing!

I will have to ask the ped at our next visit. I never was able to

get any good shots in the begining of his head and I wish I would

have. I would have loved to seen the difference from a newborn to

now.
