Guest guest
Another brand of the sublingual methyl form of B12 is Xobaline. My husband uses it and says it helps his nerve pain. Dusty Re: Canadian " armour " The best B-12 to take is the sublingual " methyl " type...more than likely you have an absorption problem so you would want to take it under the tongue to get it directly into the blood stream.....iherb.com has some great brands of it....can't usually find it in the stores....methylcobalmin (sp?)....Jarrow brand is what we get.....1000 mcg a day....also take some extra doses of folic acid if you aren't already......sue ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ --- In NaturalThyroidHormones , " healthseeker50ish " I have since upped thyroid by 1/4 grain. Guest guest
If I remember correctly, the best price was from Arizona Nutrients online. If you Google " Xobaline " it will give you many suppliers.
