I asked our doctor again today about meds to help Matty sleep. For

now, she still wants to hold off and see if we can't figure out why he

is having problems. We see Dr. Boles on the 24th of this month, and I

think that she is waiting to hear any suggestions that he might have.

So, a couple more weeks of this, and then maybe some relief...and some

sleep. <lol>

I've heard the same thing! LOL Would love to try it sometime! My daughter

Rose is a poor sleeper to say the least. Even when she is asleep it

seems that some part of her body is still moveing or twitching or jerking.

Neither awake nor asleep, I don't think her body is ever without some type

of movement.

Yes, sleep is something my sister in law gets at least 10 hours of every nite

with her 3 healthy children.

My 2 children age 6 and 3 have probably slept through the nite a total of 50

nites their whole life.

Just venting.

Mom to 3 with mito and 6 with ADHD. He has had to have his head

covered up to sleep since he was a baby. Even a breeze of someone walking by

him would wake him up otherwise. I should have known he was ADHD at birth, I

had my suspicions, believe me. He walked at 9 months and ran at 1 yr. I

complained and complained about his activity. Now, I regret that and then I

got a baby who will never walk. One extreme to the other. We should really

learn to be happy with whatever we have.

At least we aren't alone!!! It is always nice to know there is company in

Hate to say your not alone. We could move that chat time to about 2

am! We went totaly sleep deprived for about 4 years. Things were really

good sleep wise til lately. Its getting back again, and I had adjusted

to SLEEP!!
