Hi Tina!

I'm certainly no math recipe wizard, but here is what I came up with. :o)

2 SMALL boxes SF Jell-o pudding (8 carbs per 4 servings makes 64 g. total)

1 cup cream (6.6 g.)

2 tsp. vanilla (1 g.)

3 oz. cream cheese (2 g.)

TOTAL: 73.6

Per Serving: 6.1 g.

See I did that wrong!! ok, 2 boxes of chocolate pudding is 8 carbs for 1

serving, there are 4 in a box so 4x8=24x2=48. then the cream is 6.6 carbs per

cup so that 54. then the vanilla, might be less than 1 but lets just say 1

and thats 55. then the cream cheese that I use is <1 per oz so lets say 3

that would be 58 for the whole recipe. am I wrong? 12 piece / 58=4._

something times!! I hated division growing up and still do!! so say it is 5

carbs per piece. Does that sound right to everyone?

did anyone make the fudge..maybe she meant put each piece into one of those

little mini muffic cups that are 12 to a pan....but maybe it makes more

than12 ? i dont know..it sounds like.. " really thick diet pudding " to me,but i

could be mistaken. also... the san sucre diet mousse has a few less carbs

than the pudding...maybe that would work.

pudding is 6 carbs per serving 4 in a box so this is

48 for the pudding

8 for the cream

0 for vanilla some say .5

3 for the cream cheese

in total for the whole recipe is 59 with 12 servings

is 4.99 for one serving if you cut the servings to 24

then it would be 2.5

I have this recipe that someone sent to me.... not sure who the author

is.. not made it yet but for Halloween I was thinking to make some :-)

" Almost " Fudge

8 oz. cream cheese

1 oz unsweetened baker's chocolate

6 packets of artificial sweetener

1/4 Cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon peanut butter

Melt the cream cheese and peanut butter in your microwave for about 2

minutes in 1-minute intervals. Melt the chocolate in a separate bowl

until creamy. Combine together in a mixing bowl and whisk in sweetener

and cream. Pour into a glass pan sprayed with non-stick spray and chill.

Kinda gooey but oh so good! Total recipe has about 27 grams so eat ONLY

in small portions and never when you feel like bingeing!

if you have any popcicle makers. you can use this recipe

to make cream pops and they are only like 6 carbs.

1 box sf pudding

2 cups water

1 cup heavy cream.

mix and pour into popcicle things you have to make 6 pops at least

The pop thingy i have i make 12 :) so they are only like 3 carbs a piece

i highly recommend the chocolate fudge and the white chocolate.

and if you make two batches you can swirl :) who could tell they are not

real ones :) oh you have to have teh pop sticks in a crunch you can plastic

knives but then be careful :) you make want to dull them with an emery board

ok good luck.. also the sugar free ones i have only have 6 carbs. you might

want to check the store again. you can also make the top ramen and give

the kids (if you have any or SO) the noddles :) its better than the bullion

if

you ask me :) or just leave the noodles out and don't boil them. :)

ok well i am off the dang headache just won't stay away. going to find

me an icepack.

have a great weekend,

I noticed that recipe was wrong on the count, too. I get 6.2 per serving.

Makes quite a difference!

Hi Tina!

Corrine Netzer lists in The Complete Book of Food Counts 1 cup of heavy

cream as 6.6 g. carbs. That is where I usually get my carb count info. As

for the Jell-o brand pudding, chocolate is 8 g. per serving and vanilla is 6

g. per serving. Other brands may have a lesser count....haven't checked any

other brands counts.

According to Dr. A's carb counter cream has .5 grams

of carb per tablespoon so there are 16 tablespoons in

a cup and that would be 8 carbs per cup of cream.

Perhaps your brand of heavy whipping cream has more carbs than some. Or,

they may have rounded the .5 up to 1 g.
