Guest guest
did anyone make the fudge..maybe she meant put each piece into one of those little mini muffic cups that are 12 to a pan....but maybe it makes more than12 ? i dont know..it sounds like.. " really thick diet pudding " to me,but i could be mistaken. also... the san sucre diet mousse has a few less carbs than the pudding...maybe that would work. Guest guest
pudding is 6 carbs per serving 4 in a box so this is 48 for the pudding 8 for the cream 0 for vanilla some say .5 3 for the cream cheese in total for the whole recipe is 59 with 12 servings is 4.99 for one serving if you cut the servings to 24 then it would be 2.5 --- Tina Eisenhart wrote: > From: jtinae@... Guest guest
if you have any popcicle makers. you can use this recipe to make cream pops and they are only like 6 carbs. 1 box sf pudding 2 cups water 1 cup heavy cream. mix and pour into popcicle things you have to make 6 pops at least The pop thingy i have i make 12 so they are only like 3 carbs a piece i highly recommend the chocolate fudge and the white chocolate. and if you make two batches you can swirl who could tell they are not real ones oh you have to have teh pop sticks in a crunch you can plastic knives but then be careful you make want to dull them with an emery board ok good luck.. also the sugar free ones i have only have 6 carbs. you might want to check the store again. you can also make the top ramen and give the kids (if you have any or SO) the noddles its better than the bullion if you ask me or just leave the noodles out and don't boil them. ok well i am off the dang headache just won't stay away. going to find me an icepack. have a great weekend, diana aka swanflyer Re: FUDGE CARBS??? > > > Wendoxia@... wrote: > > > i dont know..it sounds like.. Corrine Netzer lists in The Complete Book of Food Counts 1 cup of heavy cream as 6.6 g. carbs. That is where I usually get my carb count info. As for the Jell-o brand pudding, chocolate is 8 g. per serving and vanilla is 6 g. per serving. Other brands may have a lesser count....haven't checked any other brands counts.
