Guest guest
Just some general info... My aunt, who is undergoing chemo treatment for ovarian cancer, stated that she was told, by her oncologist, to take fish oil for several benefits its provides. She said she takes a brand called "Dr. Carlson's". She began taking some other brand, but she found the belching unbearable. Her doc recommended the "Dr. Carlson's" and she no longer has problems with the belching. It's a good thing, too, because she doesn't even care for fish! Guest guest
JD, Good to hear. I am eager for anything somewhat easy to add versus some of the other stuff that might happen or need to be added. Blessings, From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of JD & MARLENE KRMPOTICH Sent: Tuesday, July 26, 2005 5:26 PM To: Subject: fish oil / / shelly & crew On the topic of fish oils, I seem to be having a good result. After I failed two trials of URSO, I added and Omega 3 EPA DHA to my diet. Labs prior to this were 10X + the upper limits with or without the URSO. My most recent labs done in June all came back in a normal range. I had only used the stuff for maybe 6 weeks at that point. The hepatologist took one look at the labs in the hallway, yelled, and came in asking what on earth I had been doing, the labs were great. Just using a garden variety walmart brand. Anyway time will tell if this truly will buffer some of the inflammation at this point in the disease. I know 1 data point does not make a trend.
