Hello Amber

You, and your sister are truely special people to take in an infant

like that, and to show as much consern as you do. Joy is in my

prayers, that she receives the care she should, and that her

conditions will get better over time. At her age, a band would not

last very long due to rapid growth at her age. Repo at this point

is really the way to go.

Good luck, and keep us updated. I sure hope that Joy can stay with

your sister longer. :o)
