Valle not on AMA physician list

Just wondering why Valle isn't on the list of almost all physicians

in US (American Medical Association)? They even have non-members

listed!

Being a member of the AMA requires applying and paying the very expensive

dues. It really means nothing as far as how good of a physician you are. I

consider myself to be a pretty good pathologist and I dropped my AMA

membership this year due to the costly dues. So don't worry if he is not

listed as a member.
