13 More Days to the Foot Abduction Bar....

Hi Everyone!

We have 13 more days for our tenotomy casts to come off and FAB to be

worn 24/7. My son Zevi, will be two months and one week when he

starts. Do you think we will encounter any difficulty with keeping

it on all the time? I imagine he is too little to wriggle out but

what do i know??!! My main concern is that none of the toddlers in

his infant care program untie the shoe laces when a caregiver has

their back turned. I gave the day care providers strict orders that

the shoes must be kept on SECURELY for the three months of daytime

wear. I am assuming it isnt a big deal to keep such a tiny infant in

the FAB all day and night.

What do you think?

Any helpful hints will be GREATLY appreciated!

My friend thought I might try one of those sholace-closure-thingies

available at Payless to keep the toddlers from untying them...

Hmmmmm just a thought...
