That is what they do! We aren't in a position to offer legal opinions regarding what a government can and can't do.....they are bigger than us and have more resources..... As for any customer that runs into this problem, all they need to do is simply fax a copy of the notice they receive and we'll issue a credit. In the past 3 years or so we can count on one hand the number of these confiscations.
