Guest guest
Terry, I have noticed increased frequency in headaches over the course of the past two years. The times I have my headaches I look back to the day before and realize I didn't consume much in the way of fluids (outside of cokes/coffee). Once I get back to drinking water or lemonaide, the intensity of the headaches diminish. Hope your headaches subside -- they are no fun. Guest guest
Hi, This may sound a little wacky, but have you tried a good chiropractor. Sometimes your neck and back can be adjusted and it really helps. I know if I have to lay around for long periods of time that it really can help. Guest guest
Terri, There are many things that can be causing headaches. I suffer from migraines, sinus headaches, and tension headaches. I can tell the differences. Ice packs and a dark quiet room help my migraines. You need to discuss them with your doctor as well as treatment options. Good luck.
