Adrenal issues-- high cortisol.--facial pallor

On my last 24 hr adrenal test a few months ago, I had very high

cortisol levels on 3 out of 4 readings. (I also had high B, fairly

high E2 by the way)

Anyway, I had been noticing for about 6 mths that the area above my

lip and between my nose always was whiter than the rest of my face. I

thought at first, I wasnt putting makeup on even. Then I saw an

article online that this is an adrenal issue sign.

http://www.drrind.com/faces.htm

Has anyone heard of this? Anyone else have this besides me? The

article said that the degree of issues with adrenal was related to

the extent the pallor covered your face.

Anway, I am on 3.75 grains of Armour, no real adrenal support except

Vit C. The only real symptoms I have , which I think are high

cortisol, is the nervous/vibrating feeling. And being less confident.

I remember when I took DHEA one time, how much more confident I felt,

like the old me. Otherwise, I have good energy, sleep good, no

depression, etc,,overall feel good, but still know my adrenals are

optimum.

My doc is adjusting my P and E right now since they were high and

doesnt want to add anything else at this time. He actually is a

pretty good according this groups idea of a good doc and the thyroid

board.

Anyway, just sharing to see if anyone else has comments on this

symptom.

Jill
