Good afternoon:

I realize this topic may have been covered, but I thought I'd ask

again: has anyone tried weight lifting for exercise? I'm currently

on 7.5 grains of Armour and 35 mg Cortef.

I'm way too tired to do aerobic stuff or even walking--way too hard

right now. I have two books by Miriam E. , Strong Women,

Strong Bones and Strong Women Stay Young, and was considering trying

her program again. I know there is a DVD out there by her, a PBS

special, but it's $30 and I really don't wanna buy it when I have the

books.

I tried exercise a couple of weeks ago, and I ended up late for work

and then leaving work after 2 hours. I used my Thighmaster and

Buttmaster, plus a few bent=knee pushups and a few reps on the Torso

Track. That was it--no running, no heavy-duty exercise. Not sure if

that was it or something else, but I'm afraid of not exercising as

well.

Plus I'm sure I'm well over 200 pounds, but I don't get on the scale

because I'm afraid to. But if I should just wait. . .I don't want to

end up spending the rest of my life watching Doctor Who, either.

Thanks.

I do weights. It doesn't wear me out like doing aerobic exercise. I

use free weights and also have a weight machine.

Ah, another Dr. Who fan! :)

Don't feel bad. Lots of us can't exercise, and I weigh 287, but the good news is

I used to weigh over 300!

Get on enough armour and you will be able to lose weight.

Just for fun
