thanks i'll give it a try. normally at this point i have to give in

and take the pills but i am stubborn. You don't see me here

at the computer still. i'm really lying down with the ice pack.

hehehee but its about at the 'get the icepick level' *sigh*

somebody should really find a cure for these things ;p

and now that i think about it that would work.. just like hitting

oneself does as the takes the pain from one place to another

and the blood rushes to the part that thinks its in the most distress

:) yes i am a head banger. i'll do anything to get rid of a migraine.

ok the pain is now radiating... one thing i have learned about

migraines... there is nothing noble about suffering when there

is a something to help. so i'm off to take the pills.

what do you all do for heartburn? i have like the worst case

right now. i don't have any tums or rolaids or anything.

that is the other reason i didn't want to take the firocet as it

will make it worse. i don't normally get it quite this bad.

ok thanks,

diana

Hey

well I asked the same question about 2 weeks ago.

I have also started experiencing daily head aches.

Have you aked your doc about them?

Hope all is well with you!

Headaches

Thank you very much for your responses to my previous questions. It makes feel feel so much better to know there is support out there! I have another question:

Has anyone experienced headaches as a side affect from the ursodeoxycholic acid? I seem to have a daily headache lately and was wondering if it could be from that (or possibly my 21 month old son)!

Hi!

Probably from neither. It is probably just a little bit of tension making

itself felt. It is sometimes hard to relax and accept what is happening.

I have used urso twice today and no headaches and I have never had one

while using it. That does not mean that it might not affect someone else

differently. That is the problem with medication. The human body reacts

differently for different people. Good luck. Hope you little one is not

being to hard on you. They can keep you on your toes.

Good Luck, Mr. Itch (Rob)

Hi Fiona;

I have read that headaches can be a minor side-effect of

ursodeoxycholic acid:

_______________

Gastroenterology

http://www.gicare.com/pated/ursodiol.htm

For ursodiol, the following are the observed side effects:

Minor:

diarrhea; nausea; vomiting; gas; metallic taste; constipation; rash

headache; muscle aches

Major:

severe itching; severe muscle or joint pain; persistent cough
