RE: OT cooking with splenda

Splenda holds up very well in cooking. I've used it to make jelly, and in

baking bread. When I make bread I use splenda and part of the flour is soy

flour. It doesn't affect Robbie's (DH) sugar at all that way as long as he

only has a couple of slices.
