Congratulations on your PRD graduation and being runner up to the queen!! What an honor!! How much did you lose to get to goal? Be sure you post pictures when you go to your PRD in June. And if your PRD works like our SRD, you will probably be needing to write your success story - - so we'll want you to post that for us also!!

Congrats on your .25 lb loss and for weighing in right at goal. :-) All of you KOPS

members are such an inspiration. I hope you find out what the cause of

your earache. That kind of pain for 3 weeks must be miserable. Feel

thanks Janet, today the ear is good the sun is out its not cold and I feel great Im sure this problem is allergies, it comes and goes you keep on doing what you are doing diet wise and and walking someday you will be a KOPS..Hugs Helen
