It's a good drawing (2nd one) that's detailed and shows the hood or shaft over the clitoris itself. It also names the various parts and you can see that little 'bump' that is the clitoris that I suggested to 'roll' the Q-tip gently with the Estrace or Testosterone on it, up and over it. (under the shaft). I think I called it a 'speed bump' LOL Hope it helps. Some may not be able to even get a bare tip of the Q-tip in there if solidly fused, but eventually should be able to loosen it up and the whole head of the Q-tip can be able to be inserted. (this is in most 'typical' cases not all of course) Don't force anything whatever you do. Gentle does it, or even twirling it if it's a dimple there can help.
