It is also to regain functionality in our lives. Ask the physical therapists to show you what progress they think has been made. Ask the doctors to tell you where they see improvement. Tell them about the pain and your feelings that things are not improving. Ask them for projections of pain. > , Pain doesn't know always stop if scarring has entrapped and there is atropy and they have to go in there and cut the scarring and start all over again. It is is vivious cycle and my SI joint shears my piriformis muscle and sciatic and the Physical Therpist cannot stop this immediately. THis is not projections of pain but misalignment sometimes and there are other things that have to been done. I did bio feedback and it helps quit a bit. It is hard to take the 9-10-s as bumps in the road when there is damage as the time I got bursitis in my rt hip on top of everything else and swelling in my SI joints as they were misaligned, I broke out in shingles twice which needs a 72 hour notice for meds to calm them down. SO I just don't just consider them bumps in the roads, I try to keep on top on it and what has changed. Polyanna has not worked for me, Sorry.
