7.5 mg 6am

5 mg 10am

2.5 mg 2am

2.5 mg 6pm (I tried cutting this dose a few times, and it just wasn't working,

yet some evenings it would feel like too much)

2.5 mg bedtime

I would go back to this dose, hold for at least a week to give it time to work.

If you need to stress dose extra only take 2.5MG at a time and give each extra

at least a half hour to work. Up and down is why you are feeling like this. And

the biggest problem started with a too big reduction in HC all at once. When

people taper down you need to go down no more than 2.5MG about every 2 weeks.

Thanks so much, Val! I did have to take 2.5 mg today a couple hours after my

morning dose. I am feeling really good though.

Do you think it is okay to take 5 mg before bed for a few nights, or should I

keep trying to stick with the 2.5 mg? Or should I just dose in the middle of the

night as I wake up? I have been waking up and not being able to fall asleep, or

if I do fall back to sleep I wake up with bad internal shakes (this morning this

happened).

Thanks!
