When I miss my dose of Effexor that is exactly what happens to me. I used to think it was sinus problems!!!

Don't know if this is the same thing you're descibing. I will sometimes get a dizzy feeling when turning my head, almost like it takes the world a second to catch up with my head, and until it does you're not really sure which way you're looking. It doesn't sound like mine is near as bad as yours, but it's kind of scary merging onto the highway when you have to glance over your shoulder quickly. It takes a few seconds after I turn my head back before I trust myself to be centered in my lane, and it is just a touch nauseating. I described this once to a doc, and he said it was a hypo symptom. The next time I asked him about it (because it wasn't getting better), he said it was allergies. But that's not a surprise with him. Everything, including gunshot wounds, are apparently caused by allergies. I haven't heard it described anywhere else as a hypo symptom, and for now I'm just kind of hoping it goes away with everything else. Is this anything like what you're experiencing? -- prr
