I made a batch of the Fauxtato Salad yesterday and WOW!!! It was AWESOME!!!

I added a variation, some prepared mustard, and a couple Equal packets. I

figured out the carbs to be 5 grams per 1 Cup serving. I am going to have

some more for dinner tonight.
