Guest guest
Hi - I'm new on here. Have autoimmune thyroid issues and use a generic armour type called Thyroid. Via prescription of course. I've heard of them cracking down on on-line drug pharmacys, but was this one with a prescription? My past (note the word past) Dr. said something that scared me - that they are trying to do away with it period. Danged drug companies. Is that happening or something? Scares me. Guest guest
oh no - how did you find out it was seized? what do you do about it? can you get into trouble from ordering? This happened before I joined, so I'm very curious about it - since I had thought about ordering. Cris FDA seized myrxforless order! That is why it has been taking so long... Guest guest
I believe that the news was that they are cracking down on some of the unsavory online ones who are selling Class III and IV drugs, like narcotic pain killers and tranquilizers. These are the ones that illegal for Americans to order from other countries. I read that this government is making a deal with the Canadians (or trying to?), supposedly for relief for Americans who can't afford prescriptions over here because of price gouging. The whole thing makes me sick because I know that it is not the real purpose, and I think almost anyone can see right through that one. The drug companies are very powerful lobbyist, when it comes to weaving a web around Americans, so that we will have no choice. No matter what they say, a law was passed in 1988 saying that an American could order drugs from certain countries and bring them back across the U.S. border, as long as they were not in the Class I-IV categories, and were just for personal use and no more than a 90 day supply. People used to drive to Mexico and Canada and bring them back. I order mine by internet (not in those dangerous classes of drugs), but the problem with it is that customs does have the right to open the package to see what's in there, if they want to. If you're not right there with your package when they open it, then you would be unable to retrieve it, and that's what would be frustrating. Once the package is open, it can't be sent on, unless you or a proxy can come retrieve it yourself. Now who in the heck is going to be able to do that, unless you live in El Paso or somewhere else close to the border of Mexico. So far, I've had no packages opened, but it is a risk I must take. I blame our government more than anyone. Re: FDA seized myrxforless order! Hi - I'm new on here. Have autoimmune thyroid issues and use a generic armour type called Thyroid.
