Hi - I've unsubscribed cause the volume of this list is too heavy for me and

I don't seem to be getting any responses to when I've written in (although I

could be missing if anyone did - haven't been able to muddle through all of

the emails) but I have one suggestion. You may not even be an O blood type

- but I am and when I eat the foods that have lectins that cause

agglutination in me like wheat, corn, etc. I have more pain because it

causes inflammation. Enzymes could help and avoiding foods that don't agree

with whatever your blood type is. I first figured out that I had

Fibromyalgia. Then that its related to mercury poisoning and then the

thyroid issues came into play. I do think and have read that its all

related. Mercury poisoning can cause a lot of things. But according to the

blood type diet - my blood type is prone to autoimmune thyroid disease AND

inflammatory conditions from eating those foods. We are supposed to have a

high protein low carb diet. I can eat rice - and use ezekial for my bread.

And use some spelt products. Haven't looked into whether I'm a secretor or

non-secretor, though, yet and that would make things even more specific.

Anyway - just a suggestion. Jeanie

ezekial is a bread that is bad for thyroid I was old. Mullet, or some grain

blocks all thyroid meds.

Yes, and I see more than one of us here who is an A+ who has autoimmune

thyroiditis,a.k.a., Hashimoto's. I do believe that blood type has to do with

our choices for eating, etc....but I don't know how that would relate to

thyroid.

I'm just wondering something here---The two children I had that have thyroid

disease (two girls) also both have type A blood, as well as me. The other two

children I had by another marriage ( girl and boy) do not have thyroid disease,

at this time and as far as I know. I wonder if any statistics have been done on

this.
