Guest guest
Jacquie, I don't know what they want to test for or how high your count is, but you should know that your white blood count elevates for almost any immune system attack all the way down to bladder infections and the flu. Some people have a continuous white blood cell elevation without any accompanying illness. HTH, ~ Karin The Hunny Family wrote: > > My Dr's office called half an hour ago. Guest guest
Could be any number of things Jacquie, often a simple infection can cause that. It also depends on what kind of the white cells are elevated and if they are showing abnormalities. Keep us posted. I'm glad you're finding some relief from the firbromyalgia also. I've had some tough times in the past with it and I'm glad you are able to ask for help now.

They still can't figure out why her white blood count is up. You both might be having the same problem. Tina

Take care of yourself...I hope it's nothing serious. Penny OT -- about 'new stressors'....... My Dr's office called half an hour ago. They're sending me back for more blood work because my white blood count is elevated. <sigh> It's not leukemia; I've already gone ahead and researched THAT. But what the hell IS it?
