Guest guest
Hi again all! Do any of you use the Wasa Fiber Rye crispbreads? 4 gms of carbs, two of which are fiber. That's what I have my tuna and mayo on. They are wonderful spread with cream cheese and sprinkled with a packet of Splenda - just like a cheesecake for breakfast. But, my fav way to have them is spread with Hellman's mayo and topped with two tomato slices and alittle salt and pepper. Be sure to get the Fiber Rye variety, though - the others are too high in carbs. It's a large cracker - the size of a whole graham cracker. They are normally found in the large chain groceries with the imported crackers. Just be sure not to lose your head and eat the whole package in a day! When I first discovered them I did just that - now I find I can have one or two a day and still do ok. Robin Vance rvance@...
