Aldosterone results just in

Val, I'm laughing at the timing. I just read your post to me about Lab Corp

sending this test to a lab in Utah! LOL

My aldosterone came back as 12.0 in a range of 1.0 to 16.0 so I guess it's fine,

right?

Good thing to know...it's an encouraging result for the state my adrenals are in

cortisol wise.

Yesterday was the day to ramp up to three doses each of 2.5 HC. I also added

another Tetroxin around 2 or 3PM because my heart rate went up while all three

of my temps for the day went lower. The palps calmed right down with the extra

Tetroxin so I thought I had " done good " at figuring out what to do.

We went to a concert last night and about mid way through my heart rate went up

significantly. I remembered to take some HC with me, so I sat down for a bit to

see if that would calm my heart down and when it didn't, I popped another 2.5 of

HC. My heart calmed down, but I did not feel too well. Could have been the

heat. This was outdoors and it started to rain which made it a little

stuffy/close.

Did I do the right thing?
