Guest guest
I am coming to a place where I am beginning to realise/admit to myself that I have an addiction to carbohydrates. I was reading something about fast pulse/palps being caused by hypogycemia and that got me thinking........... I may be speaking way too soon but I have been taking amino acids between meals and glutamine and other stuff as part of a protocol I began yesterday. I SEEM, so far, to be able to control the rapid pulse with this protocol! And that includes a T3 raise yesterday mornining which would usually send me into a spin. So fingers crossed for me that I have cracked it as this problem has been plaguing me, as you all know, for a long time and has seriously been getting in the way of any kind of optimisation on thyroid meds. Anyone one wanna come out? LOL Mo
