I have never heard this before. Before we got the vest, we always did DPT

right after the nebs, just as we were told of course! :-)

Would it still be better if you ended up doing the vest for less time?

Maybe it would be, I don't know. I will ask and get their opinion though.

Luckily we haven't had to use any TOBI since we've started the vest (last

fall). I think I would have thought about that one though, as I know it's

supposed to stay in.

My kids don't really cough that much after/during the vest or nebs. They do

cough more with it than they used to with doing cpt by hand or with the

percussor though, but still very little and sometimes not at all.

lol, I'll bet! I think Bradyn would probably fall off the horse, lol. The

vest is a little big and he isn't the most coordinated kid so he has a hard

time moving around.

Thanks! I will definitely ask the docs and see what they say. No one ever

mentioned anything about this before and I never thought to ask.
