Candy,

Yes that is a phrase that gives me an internal sigh when I hear it from people.

I may look good on the outside but I do not necessarily feel it on the inside.

I could be full of pain and the other person would not sense it. I guess it

comes from as one person said once to me pain " becomes a friend " . I said back

not a welcome one.
