I put it in a blender and add a few ice cubes. As far as I know it is ok on the induction just count the carbs. I find it a teeny bit gritty for my taste, so I use it with Optimum Egg protein shake mix. There are more carbs, but I like the texture better. I mix it with water (if I'm really really really hungry, I use 1/3 cream, 2/3 water) and crushed ice, then blend (in an electric blender) the dickens out of it. It makes a nice this shake. ATe mostly eggs today one of those busy days had to take hubby to oral surgery at 8 am grabbed 2oz hard cheese for just in case I get hungry and 2 HB eggs,ate the cheese , then noon got home and had to head towork with more cheese and the 2 HB E got home and made the mushroom egg omelet again,,,,,,got a good deal onmushrooms!!!LOL it seems since on this diet ihave just hit lucky on things ground chicken $1.00 coupon on pkg, got 3 at each pkg a pound then for about $1.09 Salmon filets 1,59 a pound...got 6 lbs!!! mushrooms, .50 a lb got 1 1/2 lbs!! May get to a gnc tomorrow taking some people out to Denny's and mall is right by it( at work takingsome clinets out) oh yes got $5.00 coupons from Denny's in paycheck last friday!!!! gee i am lucky this week! I saw a can of it in the store today and it was $22.00 and I thought is anything really that good. How much is it else where? This was in the health food section of the grocery store. I also got the baking mix for $10 something, is this a reasonable price or the next time I buy it should I look else where?
