NJ / NY parents- what facility did you use?

Hello,

I am very new to this I made an appointmetn for CT, but i am not

sure if they are under my insuracne ( I have united Health care and

DH and BCBS of NJ). ARe there other facilites that you used?

CT will do the initial evaluation/consultation for free. It's the

actual band that is covered under your insurance. CT is not

considered to be a doctors office, so as far as I know, you will not

have to pay any co-payments like you would to a docs office.

The price of the band includes all visits, adjustments, casting,

pictures, exit casting, head molds, etc.

Hi. I live in NJ, and we also go to CT. CT is out of network for us,

and they may not pay anything. But I wanted to go with the best, and

I think the DOC Band is the best.
