Would Tramadol be strong enough for you?(between your doses) I was on them for a

year and loved them because they worked with no drowsiness or fog.

I had to get onto Oxycodone now. I take 10 mg.(8 a day) I want my doc to let me

take them also between my doses on bad days.

Anyone take Tramadol and Oxy together? I need a little more help..I like the

Oy's, but sometimes they just don't cut the pain enough.

I requested my pain management doctor to step me down and so he is weaning me

off of it which is fine with me. But, the problem is that I still cannot

control my pain effectively just on the Morphine at night when I try to sleep.

Hi ,

I'm on Oxycontin (20 mg 2x/day) and Oxycodone (90 mgs/day) in addition to

Neurontin (3600 mgs/day). I've never tried Tramadol but have heard of some other

people with RSD who take it and do pretty well overall.

It's awful feeling like you're continuing to try and figure out the right combo

of meds in order to be more comfortable and improve your quality of life!

Without a doubt, oxycontin doesn't cut the pain by itself. The oxycodone with it

helps quite a bit.

Hopefully someone else here has better info for you :).

Hugs,

Carol
