It is that kind of thing with every joint.  They did it to music.  I do mine to

the morning NPR news.

If I did that, they'd have to take me away on a stretcher.  Not sure if

I'd be going to the hospital of the morgue. :-)

We have so many people in the group with spine damage, I wouldn't

tell anyone how to exercise their neck. My sister is physical therapist

and she told me to never rotate my head like that. She said it should

be safe to gently place my head on one shoulder a few times, and

then do the same on my the other side. I've had stiffness in my neck

since I was a kid.

You're so correct about your neck. Wow, that would be profoundly

foolish.

Thanks to doing my daily stretches and walking, I can do the Hokey Poky

and turn myself around, but my neck isn't allowed to play anymore :-)

I haven't heard the Hokey Poky in a long time.

Now I'm off to the office.  I wouldn't go in at all this week as I still

have three weeks holidays coming for this year, but I've lots of work to

do and called a board meeting for tomorrow night.  I'm gonna go

home in February.  I haven't seen my kids since July of 2009.

I was just wondering if you would be able to see your kids and grandbabies

soon. Well, several of them aren't babies any longer. <smile>

What is your MIL up to these days?
