Penny, you are so close!!!!! Hopefully this will be the week you get to the

150's.

I broke down and weighed myself a week early. I was going to wait until the

end of the month. I had to know what the scales said because I don't feel

a difference in my clothes and I needed to decide how to continue on this

WOE. I had no inches lost this week. I have been on this WOE for a little

over two months and have lost 12.5 lbs. I am discouraged at this point.

I don't know what to do different. I am scared to death that if I go off

the diet for a few days that I will gain a lot of the lbs. back . I am not

eating that many carbs ( staying under twenty) and wouldn't want to

continue this way for the rest of my life. I always seem to fall into the

small percentage that has to be different.

Lyndia,

I have lost that much too! You are beating yourself up over nothing!! Be

patient! I know If I do break 160 I am gonna celebrate with a Rootbeer

float!! A low-carb one of course! LOL I think it was Robin who told me she

goes on a meat fast for a few days adn that helps her, and Sue told me about

adding a roll at dinner for a few days in a row, Try these and see if they

work

Hugs,

Penny

Try eating carbs for one meal a day for a few days......it helped me out of a

stall.
