Tracie,

You should feel good knowing you did it! That's how I feel when I

really didn't feel like getting on the tread but make myself. What did

you do? How long? Just ease in, a little sore is one thing but if you

start out too much you can burned out or injures. Fitness experts say

if it has been a long time since you exercised first just work on

getting the time in and being regular, then work on speed intensity and

going longer and such. Keep up the good work.
