That's how I feel when I really didn't feel like getting on the tread but make myself. What did you do? How long? Just ease in, a little sore is one thing but if you start out too much you can burned out or injures. Fitness experts say if it has been a long time since you exercised first just work on getting the time in and being regular, then work on speed intensity and going longer and such.
