Guest guest
Hi everyone, Okay, here's the scoop. I am on 1 1/2 grains. I have increased my dose from 1/4 grain (started low because of heart palps) up to 1 1/2 grains since March 9th. This month on 1 1/2 grains, I have felt my best as far as energy-wise. It's not 100% yet, but I am finally functional again. When I bumped to 1 1/2 grains, my temps were up (actually went a little high - hyper), and my BP was up to almost a perfect reading, and my heart rate was around 80-85 or so. I know this cannot be my optimal dose (or remotely close) because I still have A LOT of hypo symptoms. I have horrible skin right now (pimples galore), allergies, dry skin, cold hand and feet etc... For the past few days I have been looking at my readings, and my temp is not really low, but around 97.6 in the morning and around 98.2 or so in the evening. My BP is super low at night (95/55), and my heart rate is anywhere between 64-78 (roughly) in the evening also. My BP is still rather low in the day also (105/55), but I can get readings of 135/85 when moving around (I think that's normal). I just feel all over the place and a need to increase again. It just seems that as my body adjusts, the hypo symptoms start intensifying. I know that a lot of us go through this, but my question - I guess - is that when my body adjusts and I start to backslide all over again, can I increase my dose by 1/4 within a 2 week period? Do any of you increase that quickly, but on a low dose increase?? I just want to keep stable so that I don't let that awful anxiety crap creep back in. That has got to be the worst, along wioth the horrible insomnia that comes with being hypo. I swear, I am going to keep this bloody thing under control by hook or by crook.
