I'd like to ask about the prep and colonoscopy (I am supposed to have one done

in August and am still debating about whether to proceed). Is the prep taxing on

the adrenals? What is the worst part of the prep...going hungry? And does the

laxative cause exhaustion? I am treating with cortisone for almost non-existing

cortisol levels, and I wonder if I will be able to get through this or if I

should postpone it until I feel stronger. Did you get put out or just sedated?

Did you feel anything? How did you feel after the procedure? Did you stress

dose?

Hope you can answer my questions as I am debating whether to have this done.....

I had a colonoscopy yesterday...between that and the prep, that's why I've

been quiet LOL! Just had to put that on here for grins.
