4 alarm watch keeps me on time with meds

Hi all,

Just thought I'd tell everyone about my new watch. I googled 4-alarm watch on

Google and I found one watch for $19.99 with a nice metal band instead of the

plastic which you have to hook. I have to take my Oxycontin 3 times a day and it

reminds me each time (including 6:30 am when it wakes me up). This really helps.

the fourth alarm is used to tell me to take my bedtime medicines. It really

really helps.
