Even if you do that ten times a day (which you probably don't) there's all the times in between that you aren't testing. That's what shows up on your A1C. Chicken tenders baked with balmatic vinegar and xtra virgin olive oil Salad with homemade creamy garlic salad dressing or BLT salad Crisp bacon, mixed romain lettuce, bit of tomato and dressing of mayo and a little pepper and cream to thin..yum Or Cod baked with a bit of butter...and mushrooms Or Lean ground beef patty with a bit of cottage cheese on top and a side salad Or Cheeseburger salad: ground beef cooked, chedder cheese, red onion, tomato all in a dressing of mayo and a bit of mustard...
